Role Description
- Responding to service calls on clients based in Cork and surrounding areas.
- Installing and troubleshooting hardware devices, specifically a wide range of HP printer makes and models.
- Identifying new opportunities to develop service contracts for the service division.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience from a similar industry sector required particularly aound the HP product range.
- Printer repair and an understanding of process is essential.
- Printer driver and connectivity experience is essential.
- Capability of printer connectivity onto Networks
- Some PC hardware/software experience required.
Ideal Skills
- Relevant training course/certification is highly desirable.
- Flexibility and commitment to work outside of normal working hours is required
- Excellent customer service & client interfacing skills essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills sought.
